Shipping Policy
1. We ship books only in India
2. International shipping will start soon
3. Orders equals or above Rs. 200 are entitled for free shipping
4. Orders below Rs. 200 will have shipping fee of Rs. 20 per order
5. User will be commuicated via Email and SMS once he places an order
6. You can track the status of shipment of your order on “My Account” page of our
web site using OTN and Email address.
Return Policy
1. We have NO RETURN policy unless there is any error in order shipment from our
side in the form of books being shipped (compared to what you ordered) or the book/s
shipped is defective or is damaged during the transit. For returning such defective/damaged
books, you should ship them to us within 3 days of receiving them.
2. The books to be returned shall be unopened and should be shipped in its original
packaging. We will ship another copy of the defective/damaged book without any charges.
3. In case the book is out of stock, we will refund the entire amount paid to us
in the same mode as paid by you (credit card, debit card, net banking). At present,
we do not deliver books to locations outside India. But we are working towards making
this option available to our customers very soon.
